Regroup have high expectations that all referring academies, local authorities will maintain regular communication to ensure transition in either direction is successful.

 

Induction process @ Regroup

On receiving a referral form the director of ReGroup will make contact with an Academy / LA to arrange the following:

​

1. Arrange an initial meeting with referring school to gather pupil information

2. Arrange for the completion of the Readiness 4 Reintegration Form

3. Obtain Academic profile for the pupil

4. Receive the pupils Risk assessment 

5. Be provided with a full safeguarding update

6. Gather full contact details of any other professional working with student

 

Regroup will then invite the Parent/Carer and pupil to an initial on-site visit with a representative from the referring academy / LA.

 

If we have any concerns about safeguarding, attendance or engagement we will contact you immediately. We have robust systems in place for Safeguarding and monitoring attendance.  Please alert us immediately if you have any safeguarding concerns or information you may be aware of, including copies of VISTs.
